The concept

Far more than a board game. A real party game.

SpicyDare is designed to bring your adult game nights to life: dares, truths, wild cards. You laugh, you get to know each other, you grow closer — and if everyone's on board, the tone turns more playful, at your own pace.

  • Couples or friends

With friends, as a couple, or in a small circle of trust.

Whatever the genders and orientations, the game is designed to adapt to who's in the group and to what each person is up for.

  • More than Truth or Dare

Dares, truths and wild cards, in a real game. Other mechanics, such as scoring and bets, are in development.

  • A gentle build-up

The heat rises step by step as the night unfolds. You never skip ahead.

The game modes

Every night has its mode.

Two opposite mindsets are planned: either you keep it light — it only rises if everyone decides to — or you dive into a night that heats up from the start. In between, three fixed levels to set a clear course.

  • No ulterior motives

    A night with friends

A real party game with no innuendo at all — playable even when you barely know each other. This mode is designed so the heat doesn't rise on its own: only if everyone's game.

No automatic build-up. The group decides — or not.
  • A night you want hot

And more, if the spark is there

This time, you're here to turn up the heat. From the start, it's built to build: the heat is planned to rise through automatic stages, which you'll be able to speed up, as far as you want to go.

    SoftSpicyExtra-Spicy
Automatic build-up in stages, can be sped up.
Or set the level yourself, right from the start
  • Soft

    Tender & playful

Sensual yet gentle: glances, words, light touches. The intensity stays contained, chosen in advance.

Level set. Builds gently, and never beyond.
  • Spicy

    A notch hotter

More playful, more sensual, always warm-hearted. Desire steps in, the smile stays.

Level set. A confident, sensual build-up.
  • Extra-Spicy

    For those who know

Intense and unfiltered, with safeguards always in place — for confident partners who know what they want.

Level set. Even here, it builds in stages.

The difference is in the intention: “A night with friends” only heats up if the group decides to, while “And more, if the spark is there” aims for the crescendo from the start. The three fixed modes set a clear course, and even Extra-Spicy is designed to build in stages.

And if the desire is there, the mood heats up — at your pace.

The build-up, at your own pace

A night that builds whenever you want.

It starts light, all perfectly innocent. Where it goes next is up to the group — by feel, dare after dare. You can stop at any step.

20°Warm
01 — To break the ice

We start gently.

Laughter, light confidences, little dares that bring you closer. A genuinely great night — even with people you barely know.

Soft
02 — If the chemistry's there

The mood warms up.

Glances linger, the dares turn more playful, more sensual. The game follows the group — with everyone's say-so, and never all at once.

Spicy
03 — As far as you want

And now, nothing holds back.

If everyone's up for it, the night can turn genuinely steamy. You decide how far to go — the game is designed never to force anything and always to keep a way out.

Extra-Spicy
How it works

Four taps, zero hassle.

No cards to print, rules designed to stay simple. You choose, you play.

  1. 01

    Set up the game

Add the people playing and their preferences. These preferences are designed to stay on the phone, and a passcode will be able to protect each profile.

  2. 02

    Choose your mode

“With friends”, “And more, if the spark is there”, or Soft / Spicy / Extra-Spicy at a fixed level. Plus the shared safe-word for the night.

  3. 03

    Play, passing the phone around

The phone goes from hand to hand; playing on several screens is in development. You discover your dare in private, then take it on or pass.

  4. 04

Confirm, and the night rolls on

You confirm together, and the next turn is announced. The night moves at your pace.

One phone, a few friends, and the evening takes off.

One phone… or several

More screens, more closeness.

Play with a single phone that goes around. Playing on several phones, to handle consent and privacy more closely, is in development.

  • Pass the phone around

The classic way: one device goes from hand to hand.

  • Several screens (in development)

Everyone will get their own dares and make their choices in private, on their own phone.

  • However you like

Eventually, you'll be able to mix the two: a phone passed around for the mood, private screens for the more sensitive moments.

In multi-screen mode (in development), each screen is designed to show only what concerns the person holding it.

What matters to us

All the fun, without ever letting go of respect.

SpicyDare is a responsible adult game. We are building it around consent and data protection.

  • Consent

A shared safe-word, designed to stay on screen. “I pass” with no need to explain, no penalty. The game is designed so the person receiving a dare knows what's coming.

  • Inclusivity

Whatever the genders and orientations, the dares are designed to adapt to you as a couple or as a group — and to what each person likes, and what's off-limits, through a personal preferences list.

  • Privacy

Your intimate preferences are designed to stay on your phone, protected by the operating system's encryption, and are not sent to our servers. No ad trackers. Data protection is built in from the design stage.

“The game is designed never to go further than what you decide.”

Play with confidence

Safeguards designed for the moment after.

  1. 01

    Shared safe-word

A stop button designed to stay within reach. No penalty, no explanation.

  2. 02

    Private heads-up

The game is designed so that, before a sensitive dare, the person concerned sees it in private and accepts — or not.

  3. 03

    The moment after

After intense moments, a guided wind-down is planned (aftercare).

  4. 04

    Age confirmation

Adults only, with confirmation that you are of age before any adult content.

  5. 05

    The tone in your hands

A tone setting is planned, for those who prefer more suggestive, refined language.

  6. 06

    You lead the game

The game is designed not to go further than what the group decides. At every step, you can stop.

The moment after matters as much as the game.

Interface mock-ups

The essentials, still being designed.

You pick the intensity, draw a dare, and the safe-word stays a thumb away. Images for illustration only: the interface is still evolving.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you're wondering about.

  • No. SpicyDare is first and foremost a party game for adults, and it can stay a night among friends from start to finish. The spicier modes are entirely optional and only switch on with everyone's agreement.

  • No. You choose the mode, you can pass on any dare, and a shared safe-word is planned to stop everything instantly. The app is designed to follow whatever the group is happy to do.

  • The game is designed to always offer a way out: “I pass” with no need to explain, the shared safe-word, and a private heads-up before the more involved moments. Respecting everyone comes before the game.

  • Of course. The “A night with friends” mode is designed never to rise in intensity on its own: it stays light unless everyone chooses, together, to go further.

  • No. The game is designed for adults, around dares, truths and wild cards. Other mechanics, such as bets, scoring, party phases and an adaptive mode, are in development.

  • No. SpicyDare can be played among friends as much as by couples. The dares are designed to adapt to who's in the group and to everyone's preferences, whatever their orientation.

  • No. A single phone with the app is enough to play by passing it around. An account may be required for some features. Playing on several phones is in development.

  • Any time. The “I pass” button is always there, with no explanation or penalty. A shared safe-word is planned to stop a dare in progress immediately.

  • No, never gratuitously. The writing is playful and tasteful. A tone setting is planned to opt for more suggestive, refined language.

  • Your intimate preferences are designed to stay on your phone, protected by the operating system's encryption (Android FBE / iOS Data Protection), and are not sent to our servers. If you create an account, we process your email address and username; the server's technical logs, including IP address, are kept for up to 13 months. No ad trackers. Details in the privacy policy.

  • SpicyDare is strictly for adults (18 and over). Confirmation that you are of age is required before accessing adult content.

  • The game is designed so the night runs on your phone without depending on a connection. A connection may be needed for some features, such as creating an account or updating the dares.

  • SpicyDare is published by IITECH, which is designing the app around consent, respect for the people playing, and data protection.

  • The business model has not been decided yet. The app is in development, with release planned for 2026 on iOS & Android (App Store, Google Play & alternative stores).
